Nunda Glazed Pork Chops or Chicken

1/2 cup Tangy Nunda Mustard
3 T. Honey

Mix and brush over meat last 5-10 minutes on grill or in oven. Excellent on Chicken Wings!

Peppercorn Chicken "Bob McMurray " Style

Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
Peppercorn Nunda Mustard
Seasoned breadcrumbs
Olive Oil

Coat chicken breast with Peppercorn Nunda Mustard and roll in breadcrumbs.
Bake in oven at 350 or in frying pan with olive oil till golden brown

Broiled Fish Fillets

1 t. salt Dash pepper
2T canola oil
2# fish fillets
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Garlic Nunda Mustard

Add salt and pepper to oil and rub over fish. Broil 4 min. on each side till well browned.
Combine remaining items and spread half over fish and broil until sizzling and fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with remaining sauce
